About Greg J Baird

Greg is a leader with 25+ years experience developing and implementing domestic and international initiatives in the non-profit (as Founder/President of Kids in Focus Ministries and as Children’s/Family Pastor in four San Diego area churches), enterprise non-profit (VP of Global Resources at David C Cook) and business sectors (as a small business owner multiple times over).

Greg loves building an effective team to get the job done, and thrives on learning new things about leadership, business, history or . . . just about anything else! He also loves to write (contributing author to five books and numerous magazine), as well as speak (he has served as keynote, pre-conference and workshop speaker at dozens of conferences over the past 25 years).

Most recently, Greg served as the Vice President of Global Resources in the Global Mission department at David C. Cook.  Essentially, his role was to create partnerships globally for the Life on Life Project, where he led the implementation of a strategic plan to resource 17 million children in 32 countries.

The most important thing to know about Greg is that he is blessed beyond measure to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He and his wife Michele have two incredible sons named Taylor (1996) and Garret (1997).

Greg also owns ChildrensMinistryLeader.com, Kidminify.com and MyMinistryJob.com. He does a limited amount of ministry coaching, consulting and speaking (contact below if you want more information).
