Lead Better…your success depends on it!

“Everything rises and falls on leadership.” John Maxwell

> I had the privilege of being exposed to John in my very first job, duplicating and sending his leadership cassette tapes and organizing his conferences in his first leadership development organization. I also served as an Associate Pastor on his church ministry team.

> I knew the phrase well. But it’s been over the last 25 years that I’ve seen it play out over and over again. In ministry, non-profit, small business or corporations, everything really does rise and fall on leadership.

> I’ve had the privilege of leading domestic and international initiatives in the non-profit, enterprise non-profit and business sectors over the past 25 years. I’ve served as Associate Pastor in churches (one of the hardest places to lead!). I’ve started and led a non-profit for 10 years, started two small businesses, and served as VP at a $60M enterprise non-profit, overseeing their global work in over 30 countries.

> With this experience, and certification as a DISC Trainer and John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker, I now have the privilege of helping individuals, team leaders and managers, entrepreneurs, and small business and non-profit leaders learn to Lead Better.

> Why learn to “Lead Better”? Well, if everything truly does rise and fall on leadership, then your success depends on it. Growing your organization depends on it. Increasing sales depends on it. Communicating and managing key stakeholders depends on it. Your family success depends on it. Everything depends on it!

> I like to put it this way…
– IF everything rises and falls on leadership…
– THEN your ministry/business/organization will only rise to the level that you & your key leaders can take it…
– SO, learning to Lead Better must be your highest priority.
